African Migrant (Catopsilia florella) male (L) & female (R), collected by Pavlos Neofytou at Agia Napa and Frenaros October 1986. Along with others collected at the time, these are the only known specimens to have migrated to Cyprus.
NB This is a large butterfly, of the size of Cleopatra (
Gonepteryx cleopatra), so is much larger than the Eastern Dappled White shown opposite.
